All hours listed are by appointment only! Some accommodations for earlier/later times may be available with an additional fee. Please note that some services like Sugaring may take longer than expected. We are closed on all holidays.

New Clients are required to arrive  at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork and to prep so services can start on time. 5 minutes after scheduled time is considered 15 minutes late and may need to be rescheduled with fee incurred.

As a courtesy I send a reminder text the day before. However, this is done manually, and I COULD forget to do so. It is your responsibility to show for the scheduled date and time. Failure to cancel/reschedule in 24 hours incur a $50.00 fee regardless if you receive a reminder or not. Therefore it is highly recommended you set your own personal 24 hours reminder on your phone just in case you do not receive one from me. Should there be a discrepancy in my reminder text (wrong date and/or time, this need to be resolved the day prior to avoid inconvenience to yourself. Feel free to contact me to confirm your appointment if you don't receive a reminder.A No Show is total cost of scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy (Very Important! Please Read!)

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill that appointment. Cost of service, or a $50.00 fee (whichever is less) is incurred and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. For a NO SHOW/NO CALL 100% value of the service will be charged. Services will not be re-booked until payment is made.

No-shows

 A NO SHOW for an appointment will be charged the full cost of that service. Please  understand that Touch Velvet Skin is a very small business, and revenue and time is lost when this occurs, as the space can't be filled.

Late Arrivals 

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Please note: Only children under the age of 17 receiving a service are allowed in the treatment room. They must be supervised at all times. Any damages incurred will be the responsibility of the parent. Touch Velvet Skin, LLC has created a beautiful, relaxing, sanitary environment for all clients, but is not child-proof for unsupervised children.Therefore, in the best interest of all involved, it is advisable to make adequate arrangements prior to your appointment.  No exceptions.
