RoxC always reminds you of your upcoming appointment and stresses the importance of drink more water to hydrate the skin. Her space is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, serene and inviting. Adorned with all things that will place you at peace when you enter. When she tells that your treatment is complete you awaken refreshed as if you’ve returned from an island vacation. I moved to Bisbee several months ago from SF where I'd been receiving regular facials from an excellent esthetician for many years - and was hoping to find the same level of skill and professionalism in this area - and I did.  I feel very fortunate to have found RoxC at Touch Velvet in Sierra Vista.  I've had a regular facial and then decided to do a series of dermabrasion treatments which really improved my skin. I like the fact that RoxC has a background in nursing as well as getting her certificates as an esthetician.   She's up on all the various treatments and explains them well.

Touch Velvet is a very clean, classy, and comfortable environment in which to have a facial.  RoxC goes the extra mile to make sure a client's needs are met.  She is warm, professional and highly skilled.  I feel her fees are very reasonable and a good value.  Touch Velvet is the place I've been getting my facials for the past few months and will continue to do so.  I highly recommend Touch Velvet! - Jeanne T.

This is a great place for hair removal. I went in for the first time a few months ago and RoxC was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She truly made me feel like I was at a spa. She has a great knowledge of her field which made me more open to start sugaring. I recommend her services. She is also military-friendly, and prices are better than what the more costly places charge. - Patricia N.

This was my first time ever have the hair removed from my legs besides shaving. The service was great! I was greeted with a beautiful cup of tea, a warm smile, a little girl talk to calm my nerves. Everything was calming, from the music to the wonderful aromas as I received my service. My legs feel so smooth and amazing. Highly recommend Touch Velvet skin. I have been getting a Brazilian wax for years, but I had never even heard of Sugar waxing until a friend introduced me to the idea of it. All natural products, no harsh chemicals used sounded pretty good to me so I had to try it. The first time going was excellent, She caters to your needs, she makes sure you feel comfortable. I loved it after the first try. The studio and atmosphere was amazing, very soothing feeling. Recommend others to go and try it out - Syreeta C.

Touch Velvet Skin is a new business in Sierra Vista, she is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce.  I attended the ribbon cutting where she was promoting some specials.  I have now had two different treatments, the Celluma LED therapy and the Micro-Needling.  RoxC takes such care and her attention to detail makes each visit such a pleasure.
